This standard unit is for resident living and those that do not need walking aids.
It has front and back doors with a standard size living room, ensuite and bedroom.

If you have mobility assistance then this unit is ideal for resident living. It has a slightly larger bedroom and ensuite so that there is enough room for you to move around comfortably. The living room is downsized to allow for this. It also has a covered outdoor alcove.

Covered walkways adjoining unit blocks are all mobility scooter friendly. There are covered walkways also to the dining room, recreation room and community rooms making living comfortable and accessible.

All Guests Have Linen Supplied
Bed linen is supplied for a single bed and laundered weekly.
Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and linen if they wish.
There are shared laundry facilities but residents may choose to bring their own washing machine and dryer (provision in en-suite).
There is more than enough space to hang your washing on a clothesline on your back patio making living comfortable.
